2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
‍These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Rumkraft ApS ("Rumkraft," "we," "us," or "our"), including:
Private music lessons
Weekly courses (typically 6-8 weeks duration)
Memberships providing access to facilities and equipment
Community events and activities

By enrolling in a course, purchasing a membership, or using our facilities, you ("Student," "Member," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. SERVICES
3.1 Course Offerings
‍Rumkraft offers in-person electronic music education including:
- Private one-on-one lessons
- Group courses conducted over 6-8 weeks
- All courses are conducted live at our Copenhagen location

‍3.2 Membership Services
‍Memberships provide:
- Access to Rumkraft's physical facilities during operating hours
- Use of professional DJ and music production equipment
- Assistance and feedback from instructors
- Practice time on professional equipment
- Access to community events
- Discounts on courses and services
- Memberships are available on monthly or annual terms

‍3.3 Facilities and Equipment
‍Students and members have access to:
- Professional DJ equipment
- Music production equipment
- Ableton Push 2 controllers (available for borrowing)
- Headphones (available for borrowing)
- Computers with necessary software (limited availability, for borrowing if needed)
‍
‍Students are strongly recommended to bring their own laptop and headphones.


4. ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION
4.1 Age Requirements
We recommend our services for students aged 13 and above
There is no upper age limit
Students younger than 13 may be accepted on a case-by-case basis
General requirement: Students must be able to concentrate for the duration of a class sessionIf you have questions about age suitability, please contact us at makemusic@rumkraft.dk

4.2 Registration
Course and membership enrollment is completed through our registration process
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or first installment
We reserve the right to refuse enrollment in our sole discretion


5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Payment Methods
All fees must be paid in Danish Kroner (DKK)
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless installment arrangements are made

5.2 Installment Payments
Payment may be divided into 3-4 installments by prior arrangement
Installment schedules will be agreed upon at time of enrollment
Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of access to services

5.3 Membership Fees
Monthly memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis
Annual memberships must be paid in full or according to agreed installment schedule
Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled according to Section 6.3

5.4 Late Payment
Late payments may incur fees and may result in suspension of services
Access to facilities and courses may be restricted until payment is received

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
6.1 Danish Consumer Rights
This policy complies with Danish consumer protection laws, including the Forbrugeraftaleloven (Consumer Contracts Act).

6.2 Course Cancellations by Students
Refund Schedule:
- More than 1 month before course start: 80% refund
- 14-30 days before course start: 50% refund
- 7-13 days before course start: 20% refund
- Less than 7 days before start, or after course has started: No refund

Flexible Options: We want you to succeed in your music journey.
If you need to cancel:
- Contact us at makemusic@rumkraft.dk
- We will work with you to find alternatives, which may include:
- Transferring to a future course - Converting to private lessons
- Other arrangements based on individual circumstances

6.3 Membership Cancellations
Monthly Memberships:
- Must be cancelled at least 30 days before the next billing date
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until the end of the current paid period

Annual Memberships:
- Non-refundable after 14 days from purchase date
- Within 14 days: Full refund available (in accordance with Danish fortrydelsesret)

6.4 Cancellations by Rumkraft
If Rumkraft must cancel a course or service:
- You will receive a full refund, OR
- You may transfer to another course at no additional cost
- We will provide as much advance notice as possible
